I have worn hearing aids for approximately twenty years and have been under the care of other doctors at other clinics in several towns and states. I have never been treated so professionally and courteously as I was at your office this week. And then a personal follow-up call to inquire about my infection was over the top. I will truly recommend you to any one that I come in contact with. Additionally, the lady that works with you is amazing. Friendly helpful and extremely courteous. Only problem is the wait time was so short, I did not get to start or finish one of the full length novels.

“Just had the BEST experience At heritage Hearing Center Temple. I am a veteran with hearing aids I received from The VA Hearing clinic. I have had them for a little more than a year and they worked well until just recently. They seemed to just go really Hollow and after a while would Just go back to normal operation and I would have to adjust them constantly. I tried to get an Appt with the Audiology clinic at the VA, but they could not get me in for two months at least. I called The Heritage Hearing Center to see if they could maybe Adjust the hearing aids even though I did Not purchase them from the Center. They had no problem seeing me and John Guuerra, the Owner, got me in the next morning. Mr Guerra spent most of an hour with me and updated the software on my Hearing aids, getting me back to Hearing well again. He was thorough and patient and explained everything he was doing. The Best part was that he did not charge me for the visit and adjustment, explaining that he understood the long wait times to get into the VA Audiology clinic. I believe I have found my Audiologist for future Hearing aid upgrades and services. I highly recommend Heritage Hearing Center for your Hearing needs”
