I cannot express how blessed I am to have John Guerra at Heritage Hearing as my hearing aid provider. I have an extreme hearing loss and he was able to  select the correct hearing aids. But John is not just a dispenser of hearing aids he truly cares about his patients. Each time I call the office with a problem his response is come right in and we will fix the problem-and he does every time. Time is of no concern to him-his patients satisfaction is what matters. He will spend as long as necessary to answer every question I ask and always has the correct answer. His knowledge is amazing. And lastly you never have to wait past your appointment time. Took my mom to see them because one of her hearin-aids was not charging. Heritage hearing sent it back to the manufacturer for repair, but it was replaced instead. We get great service at Heritage with an outstanding warranty on the hearing-aids my mom purchased.

I am so impressed with Mr. Guerra's personal care and ability. He makes you feel like you’re the only patient there. He is so helpful and doesn’t try sell something you don’t need. I received a ReSound TV streamer to use with my hearing aids and after reading the instructions I was overwhelmed. I called Dr. Guerra's office and they said yes they were more than willing to help. I wasagain  greeted  very courteously and my appointment was actually early. Dr. Guerra not only explained how to "pair"the streamer to my phone he did the pairing for me. In addition he "cleaned up" my phone , cleaned my hearing aid, attached all the necessary wiring for the streamer and then spent considerable time explaining how to sync the TV, the streamer and my hearing aids. All of these services and the ReSound Streamer was not purchased at Heritage. I would highly recommend Dr. Guerra, his staff and the ReSound TV streamer which is available at his office.
